Good service. A storm was fast approaching and he even managed to scale his ladder (as lightning flashed all around) to get to the AC unit and complete the repair before the heavens opened. When back inside to finish the paperwork, as the rain began to pelt the house, he never once complained about having to trudge through it to get to his truck to leave. Wow.
